Please read the following terms, payment instructions, and policies before placing your enquiry.

The materials / products provided in the Website is licensed to sell with the name of “Balaganapathy Fireworks”.
The brand names and trademarks, displayed on the Website, are owned by the respective companies.
The image you see on the site may differ from the delivered products due to the photography designs and lights.
Right now we accept the enquiries only from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Puducherry & Tamil Nadu.
The amount displayed on our website gets changes anytime based on the market price.
Your enquiry total must be minimum of 3,200.00 to place your enquiry.
There are no ways to cancel your enquired products.
Goods once sold cannot be taken (or) exchanged in any situation.
Due to heavy booking during festive seasons like Diwali, some of the products may be out of stock. In such cases of non delivery, the amount will be return back (or) we will supply you a different product with the same matching price – if requested by the customer.
In the case of stock unavailability, Balaganapathy Fireworks has all the rights to cancel the order. In these cases, the payment will be refunded within 14 business days.

Payments & Other Instructions

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Enquiry ID as the payment reference.
Kindly deposit us in the form of CASH / UPI / NEFT / RTGS

Call and Confirm with us after depositing amount.
Bank Charges should be borne by the customer
Your enquiry will not be shipped until the funds have cleared into our account.
Goods will be dispatched after minimum 2-5 days of payment.
Lorry Receipt number will be updated on Enquiry History page in My Account section & also informed through phone.
Transport cost is additional and you should pickup the parcel by yourself from the lorry service godown.
Goods once sold cannot be taken (or) exchanged in any situation.
